Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
- Content: The abstract must include the research aim or problem, a brief description of the background and methodology, and the key results or findings.
- Title Format: The title of the paper should be in Times New Roman, bold, 12pt, uppercase, and centered.
- Author Details: Author names should be in bold letters, with the presenting author's name underlined. Affiliations and email addresses should be in Times New Roman, italics, 10pt, and centered.
- Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords below the abstract.
- Margins: 2 cm for the top and 1.5 cm for the bottom, left, and right.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Length: The overall length of a full paper, including illustrations, tables, and references, should be between 1500 and 2000 words (5 to 7 pages).
- Page Format: ISO A4 paper size (210 x 297 mm) with Times New Roman 10pt, justified font. Margins: 2 cm top, 1.5 cm others.
- Structure: Title, Author(s), Abstract, Keywords, Main subject text (Introduction, Literature review, Methodology, Data analysis, Discussion and Conclusion), Acknowledgments, and References.
- Referencing: References should follow the Harvard style.
- Figures & Tables: Must be included in the main text, individually numbered, and captioned.
Presentation Guidelines
- Duration: Oral presentations are allocated 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
- Language: Presentations are generally conducted in English. Other languages (Sinhala, Russian, French, Chinese) are possible if arranged beforehand.
- Slides: Authors are free to use their presentations elsewhere.
